One of the first steps you will want to take is to soften up the area by taking a hot bath or shower. You can also place hot compressed on the area, but it is easiest just to bathe first.
After this you should exfoliate the skin to open up the pores.
Once the skin is soft and exfoliated, you can go ahead and apply shaving gels or cream.
Begin shaving by going with the direction of the hair. This will not give you as close of a bikini shave as if you were shaving against the hair, but it will reduce the chances of razor bumps.
Completely shave the area and move onto shaving vagina areas if desired.
Once you’re completely done shaving, you can then apply a moisturizing after shave lotion to the area. This is always a good idea since it will reduce the chances of ingrown hairs and razor bumps.
There are many different razors you can use to shave your bikini line. A good bikini shaver will be gentle on your skin, will get the hair trimmed low, and will not cause any allergic reactions.
People with sensitive skin should always use a razor that is hypoallergenic.

The Braun SE7280 Silk-Epil Xpressive Epilator Body System
The Braun epilator will get you an incredibly close shave. Your skin will be as smooth as if you had just waxed it and it will not grow back as quickly as waxed hair.
You’ll find that the major downside is that it can be very painful. I would certainly not go past the bikini line when shaving my nether regions.
